Delivery and Returns

Our standard UK Mainland delivery is FREE, on orders over £50. Make sure you select free shipping on check out! Most of ourrugs are delivered within 3-5 working days of placing your order but we do advise that you get in touch with us to check on the delivery for you if 5-6 days pass.

Returned or cancelled orders should first be registered with the online store. The refund will be processed within the next 14 days of the online store logging the returned or cancelled order.
